Using this site
Dumpster Rental Indy provides general information about renting dumpsters and portable toilets in the Indianapolis area and a phone number that connects you with independent local rental companies. By using the site you agree to these terms.
No contract with us
Any rental is an agreement between you and the company you choose. That company sets its prices, sizes, dates, rules and fees. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its performance, delivery, pickup or billing.
Information on the site
Local rules, schedules and drop-off details were checked against official sources on the dates noted in our records, but they change. Confirm them with the city, town or county before you rely on them. Sizes and dimensions are typical values, not promises.

Links to government pages are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites.
Limitation
To the extent the law allows, Dumpster Rental Indy is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from services provided by a rental company you contact through it.
