Doing two jobs at once?
Say so on the call. A garage cleanout plus a fence teardown is one container if the debris can mix and the weight stays under the allowance. Heavy material such as concrete usually has to go in a container of its own.
Talk to a local dumpster company
Have your address, the project and a rough start date handy. The company will suggest a size and tell you the price, the weight allowance and when it can bring the container.
